Eveline is a highly experienced specialist in construction and procurement law. She focuses on guiding procurement procedures, including in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Eveline is often involved at an early stage of projects and advises on procurement and contracting strategies.
Eveline has particular expertise in procurement within the rail and public transport sectors. She has, among other things, successfully guided the procurements of GVB for new tram vehicles (tram 15G) and new metro vehicles (metro M7). The Legal 500 describes Eveline as “the go-to for rail and public transport cases”.
She has also supported the Province of South Holland in the procurement of hydrogen supply and the construction of the Heinenoord hydrogen refuelling station (project JIVE2).
In addition, Eveline is frequently engaged in issues arising during the execution phase of (construction) contracts and has extensive experience in procurement disputes in interim relief proceedings.
Eveline is a lecturer at Conducto Training and an author of the SDU Commentary on Procurement Law and the SDU Commentary on Property Law.
