Misha has 15 years of experience in construction and procurement law. In addition to his legal knowledge and experience, his engineering degree provides him with a strong technical background. He frequently applies this unique combination of expertise on site at client locations.
Misha has extensive experience in both the procurement and execution phases of complex (infrastructure) projects, such as the bored tunnel and deep stations of the North–South Metro Line, the train control system of the Amsterdam metro and the Victory Boogie Woogie Tunnel in The Hague.
In addition, Misha focuses in particular on the rail sector. Through his experience at ProRail, he has further specialised in this field, including track renewal, train control systems and the conversion of rail yards. He has also been involved in the High Frequency Rail Programme.
